On Sunday September 16th Oscar’s Law will hold its third Puppy Farm Awareness Day Rally on the steps of Victoria’s Parliament House.  Last years event saw several thousand people and more than 60 animal welfare organisations join as one in the call for the end of the factory farming of our companion animals and the sale of companion animals in pet shops and online.
